Nordegren, who is believed to have been vacationing in the French Alps for the past couple of weeks, celebrated her 30th birthday Friday. After bragging to friends that she received $300 million from Woods, the U.K. Mirror is reporting that she has also hired a private investigator to find out exactly what her tomcat husband is worth.
Woods has earned about $630 million since they were married in 2004, and Nordegren's lawyer has reportedly ordered a PI to comb through company accounts, tax returns and phone bills to make sure she has the exact number to take to a divorce court.
Celebrity lawyer Sorrell Trope, 82, who has represented stars including Nicole Kidman, Nicolas Cage and Britney Spears, has been hired by Nordegren to start the process of an eventual breakup.
