Mel Gibson attended an industry screening of X Men Origins: Wolverine with singer Oksana Grigorieva for the first time since his wife filed for divorce. Grigorieva, the 39 year-old Russian songstress has a 12-year-old son with ex-James Bond star Timothy Dalton.
The couple officially stepped out as an item, holding hands and posing for pictures on the red carpet at Wolverine’s screening.
Gibson’s rep applauded the publicity, explaining to People Magazine, "Mel has been single for almost three years and it’s nice to see him getting out and enjoying himself."
Probably less thrilled to see Gibson enjoying himself with the brunette singer, who is signed to Gibson-owned Icon Records, is Gibson’s soon to be ex wife, Robyn. As the media splashes the split across the tabloids, rumors swirl that Grigorieva is pregnant and that Gibson’s seven children are siding with their Mom.
The soon to be ex-Mrs. Gibson might be entitled to half of his $900 million dollar fortune when they divorce.
