Julia Roberts Wants to Arrange Playdate with Obama Girls

Julia Roberts reveals her desire for a fantasy dinner party with President Barack Obama and his wife, Michelle, and says she would love to plan a playdate for her kids and the Obama girls.

In an interview with Allure magazine -- on newsstands Feb. 24 -- Roberts is asked who would be her top choice for inviting to a dream dinner party. "For sure, we're going to start with the Obamas," replied the actress. "The girls can play with my kids."

Also on the list for her fantasy dinner would be Oprah Winfrey, George Clooney, Tina Fey, Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson and Diane Sawyer and Sawyer's husband, Mike Nichols. She even said she would cook the meal herself and make "a big chicken tagine with figs and apricots."

When asked for beauty tips, Roberts tells Allure that despite all her makeup tricks learned in film, "The key to beauty is always to be looking at someone who loves you, really."

While the actress says she was glad to be busy working on her latest thriller, "Duplicity," she is also happy and proud to just be a mom to her three kids (twins Hazel and Finn are 4; Henry is almost 2). "The coolest thing you can do for your children is to love each other in their presence. I'm the luckiest girl in town, I really am."
