Lindsay Lohan spends, suns in Hawaii after Samantha Ronson split

Lindsay Lohan's having some pricey post break-up fun in the sun.

The starlet, along with a few of her gal pals and her sister Ali, spent the weekend in Hawaii, where Lohan soaked up some rays in a teeny bikini ... at a public park.

During the vacay the actress, who recently complained that she can't get an acting gig, also dropped thousands of dollars on designer bags during a shopping spree.

"If people would just leave my personal life alone - because it's really not that interesting - then I could land a great role, but all the sicko fans and the noise is so distracting," Lohan griped to E! News late last month, after admitting she's nervous about paying her mortgage.

Weeks later, Lohan spilled details of her split with Ronson to Us Weekly.

Before the trip, Lohan was seen with her ex at what used to be their shared home. The "Mean Girls" star also rehashed the break-up on an episode of "The Ellen Degeneres Show" last week.

"I really care about Samantha and we'll see what happens," Lohan said. "Maybe when we're fully in the right place ...I love her."

Meanwhile, Ronson has changed her Facebook relationship status to "It's Complicated” - as if we didn't know.

Lindsay Lohan ‘heartbroken’ after breakup

A week after Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson's dramatic split, a friend of Lohan's says the star is "heartbroken."

"Sam and Lindsay are speaking," the source tells PEOPLE. "But Sam has begged Lindsay to get help."

"Lindsay, despite appearances, is insecure and has relied on Samantha and their relationship to build her up," explains the pal. "Lindsay barely sleeps, which explains a lot of her behavior. She's exhausted. She can't even sit down for a minute without pacing around the room. It's really sad."

Since Ronson broke up with her last week in Los Angeles, Lohan has kept busy: Thursday night, she was spotted at the Chateau Marmont before meeting up with friends at Bar Delux, where a fellow club-goer reported, "her mood was frantic. She looked worn out, and really skinny." A source also tells PEOPLE that "Lindsay continued partying after Delux that night." Friday night Lohan laid low while Ronson deejayed a party in San Francisco.

Lohan's tendencies for erratic behavior have sparked concern among Ronson's friends that Lohan might act out, but her friend says that she is not the only one to blame for the former couple's intense dynamic.

"While Sam doesn’t want to deal with the drama, in a sick way she is obsessed with this part of Lindsay's behavior," the friend says. "It's like she doesn't want it, but when Lindsay stops writing, she begins to miss it."

Despite her difficult week, Lohan has discovered a silver lining in the support she's received from her younger sister Ali. "Lindsay never realized until this happened how important her sister was to her," the friend says.

"Through all of this, her sister has been there for her and coaching her through it. Lindsay doesn't even know what she would have done without her."

Lindsay Lohan's Next Movie Going Straight To Cable

Lindsay Lohan is finally getting a movie released. The catch? The film is going straight to basic cable. "Labor Pains," which Lohan shot last summer, will make its debut on ABC Family in July, according to AccessHollywood.com.

And if you should miss its big TV debut, the film will subsequently be released on DVD in August. The film will apparently get a theatrical release, but only internationally, the source further tells AccessHollywood.com. There is no release date yet.

In the film, Lohan plays a woman who fakes a pregnancy to save herself from getting fired. In order to keep the ruse going, she must fake it for an entire nine months.

It is also being reported that Lohan recently got herself a gig in a yet-untitled romantic comedy alongside Nick Cannon. The film is about a New York fashionista who gets set up on a date with a blind man.

Lohan recently shared her career woes in several interviews. "It's scary when you realize, 'Oh my God, I'm not working,'" she told Nylon magazine. "And I have a house to pay for now. ... And yes, the Web sites, the gossip pages, and all of that stuff have hurt my career — they're like the burn books of Hollywood."

Also in that interview, Lohan said that she had been trying to get on the phone with Seth Rogen for a possible collaboration, a claim that Rogen later denied. "I read that too," he told MTV News while promoting his new animated movie "Monsters vs. Aliens." "No one that works for me or with me in any capacity has received any word from anyone that works for Lindsay Lohan. So I don't know what happened there."

Lohan: Stop the rumors

Lindsay Lohan is sick of being tabloid fodder. In a chat with E!, LiLo reacts to recent reports that she is virtually broke, having wasted her $$$ on useless luxury items such as a $30,000 Rolex watch and a $100,000 Maserati (which her assistant dinged Monday in a crash). LiLo is incensed by rumors that she and lovemuffin Samantha Ronson fight.

"They need to stop saying we're fighting," the I Know Who Killed Me star tells E! News. "I'm really a good person and I have a good heart. . . . I don't drink, I don't do drugs and I don't lie."

LiLo, 22, who reportedly is having trouble getting acting jobs, says, "I want to help people by playing characters that can send a positive message out to whomever may need it."

Lindsay Lohan's running fast on Samantha Ronson's cash

Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson are like any other couple: Their domestic squabbles are mainly over money.

According to friends of the two, Lindsay’s overspending is out of control, and it’s putting additional strain on the ladies’ already volatile relationship.

“Lindsay is spending like crazy!” a friend of the actress tells us. “She’s living on credit right now. She has no cash. The problem is, the money being spent is mostly Sam’s because Lindsay doesn’t really have any of her own at the moment; she’s really taken on the ‘man’ role in their romance. Sam really thinks Lindsay needs to learn how to become a recessionista and manage her money better.”

A second pal agrees. “Lindsay’s money situation has never been great, but it’s only gotten worse over the last month. For every dollar she makes, she spends double. Her personal appearance fees are literally the only thing keeping her afloat. But here’s the rub: Because of her explosive relationship with Sam, she’s unable to get the type of cash she’s used to. The negative press and constant appearance cancellations are hurting her pocketbook.”

Recent extravagant purchases the starlet has made include a $30K Rolex watch and a new Maserati, a glam ride which usually costs upward of $100K.

At least Lohan – who hasn’t had a movie role since her 2007 flop “I Know Who Killed Me” – is aware of her poor economic situation.

“It’s scary when you realize, ‘Oh my God, I’m not working. And I have a house to pay for now,’ ” Lohan says in April’s Nylon.

But to her credit, the actress is actively seeking employment. She tells the magazine that she’s in discussions with pal Sean Penn for a future project. Other career options include a proposed foray into the catwalk club, as Lindsay has said she would love to work for IMG Models.

“I know nothing of her spending,” a rep for Lohan says, “But she has her own money.”

If Lindsay starts strutting her stuff on the runway, then perhaps she can start wearing the pants in her relationship with Sam. Unless, of course, she starts modeling for Victoria’s Secret.

Lindsay Lohan arrest warrant quashed by judge

An arrest warrant for actress Lindsay Lohan was quashed on Monday after a Beverly Hills judge ruled she had not violated her probation for a 2007 drunken driving conviction.

The $50,000 warrant was issued by the Beverly Hills Superior Court late on Friday but Lohan's lawyer said over the weekend it stemmed from a misunderstanding.

Lohan, 22, spent 84 minutes behind bars in November 2007 for a drunken driving and cocaine possession conviction after two arrests earlier that year.

The "Mean Girls" and "Freaky Friday" actress was also ordered to enroll in an alcohol education program.

Lohan's lawyer submitted proof of the actress's compliance with the order at Monday's brief hearing and the Beverly Hills Superior Court quashed the arrest warrant.

Lohan did not attend Monday's hearing.

Arrest warrant out for Lindsay Lohan

Beverly Hills police said an arrest warrant has been issued for actress Lindsay Lohan that stems from her 2007 conviction for drunken driving.

The $50,000 warrant was issued by the Beverly Hills Superior Court, police said in a statement late on Friday.

Officials declined to state the reason for the warrant. But celebrity website TMZ.com said an alcohol education program in which Lohan is enrolled told the court that she was not in compliance with the terms of her probation.

"It is our hope that Ms. Lohan will surrender herself so that this matter can be resolved in a timely manner," Beverly Hills Police Lieutenant Mark Rosen said in a statement.

A court hearing was scheduled on Monday morning, and police said they were "not actively trying to serve the warrant."

Lohan, 22, spent 84 minutes behind bars in November 2007 for a drunken driving and cocaine possession conviction. She had been arrested the previous May after wrecking her car in Beverly Hills and again in July following a car chase in the Los Angeles beach community of Santa Monica.

Lohan's attorney and publicist did not immediately return calls seeking comment.

In a statement to the TV show "Extra," attorney Shawn Chapman Holley said Lohan "has been in compliance with all the terms and conditions of her probation and all orders of the Court.

"The warrant issued on Friday was, in our view, born out of a misunderstanding which I am confident I can clear up next week," he said.

The actress shot to fame in Disney's 1998 remake of "The Parent Trap," in which she played the part of identical twins. But she has not starred in a feature film since the 2007 box office flop "I Know Who Killed Me."

Michael Lohan: I'm Concerned for My Daughter

Lindsay Lohan's father Michael has gotten word of the warrant out for his daughter's arrest -- and told "Extra" that he's concerned for the starlet.

"I am very concerned for my daughter. I love her. I wish the very best for her," said Michael, adding, "I've said it before and I'll say it again -- she has to be careful of the people around her. I worry about any of those negative elements in her life." Mr. Lohan has famously slammed LiLo's girlfriend Samantha Ronson and blamed her for Lindsay's problem -- which caused a rift between him and the "Mean Girls" star.

He continued, "I'm going to do everything I can to help her, including going to LA this week. I know that Steven and Danny Baldwin have reached out to her to help as well." The warrant issued for Lohan stems from a 2007 DUI arrest.

Lindsay's Lawyer Calls Arrest Warrant a 'Misunderstanding'

Lindsay Lohan's attorney says an arrest warrant issued for the actress Friday and stemming from a 2007 DUI conviction was "born out of a misunderstanding."

"Since her case was resolved, Ms. Lohan has been in compliance with all the terms and conditions of her probation and all orders of the court," her lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley said in a statement Saturday, referring to Lohan's 2007 conviction for driving under the influence. "The warrant issued on Friday was, in our view, born out of a misunderstanding which I am confident I can clear up next week."

A hearing for Lohan is set for Monday morning in a Beverly Hills court. "The judge apparently has indicated that Ms. Lohan should be in attendance," said L.A. DA spokeswoman Sandi Gibbons. Lohan, 22, is currently serving a three-year probation term for the DUI incident, the actress's second.

"We are not actively looking for Ms. Lohan at this time," Beverly Hills Police Lt. Mark Rosen said at a Saturday press conference. "We are not anticipating her surrender this weekend. But if she comes in contact with police, she's subject to arrest. As for why we're not actively looking for her, that's not our procedure for this type of warrant. Wild Hollywood Night

Lohan's latest legal woe followed a night of partying that included dinner with pals at the Chateau Marmont – and a bizarre late-night visit to the Hollywood home of actor Jack Nicholson.

Lohan's Friday night at the Chateau began around 8 p.m. Arriving with three female friends, and clad in a loose black top adorned with sequins, she was in an upbeat mood during dinner at a patio table at the West Hollywood hotspot, witnesses say. Lohan laughed, chatted and texted on her phone. The actress dined on soup and opted for water and an unidentified drink in a cocktail glass, while her friends had red wine. The group stayed well past 11.

Around 1:45 a.m., Lohan showed up outside actor Nicholson’s house on Mulholland Drive. Witnesses say the actress, accompanied by pals, buzzed the intercom numerous times and grew agitated, asking for “Jack” to open the gate.

Breaking Glass

The group was eventually let in, and Lohan remained inside until a bodyguard picked her up about 4:30 a.m. (Representatives for Nicholson could not immediately be reached for comment.)

Lohan’s bodyguard then brought her to Sam Ronson’s house, where Ronson showed up at around 11:30 a.m. Later in the day, a loud disturbance was heard at the house, including the sound of breaking of a window. Police cars arrived at the house shortly afterward.

Lindsay Lohan blames weight loss on stress, work

Lindsay Lohan is finally opening her mouth about those rumors that she hasn't been putting any food into it.

"I eat. I had my Big Mac yesterday from McDonald's," Lohan told Us Weekly at the opening of Matthew William's store in New York City. "I eat just as much as I always have."

The 22-year-old actress also said that her recent weight loss is "not intentional," blaming it on "working a lot," "stress" and a "lack of sleep" from traveling. "I think it's all that stuff that adds up."

But she assures the mag that she is not, as many tabloids are claiming, obsessed with weight. "I've never weighed myself in my life," revealed the star.

"They've already said everything about me that they can say," concluded Lohan. "And I've never really cared then. I'm my own person, and people can say whatever they want. I'm still going to be the person that I am."
